Air Conditioning | All rooms have individual air-conditioning units. Should you require assistance in operating these please give reception a call.
Dry Cleaning | Got a wardrobe refresh on the agenda? Dry cleaning is available through our local favourites, Karl Chehade. For same-day service, simply pop your items in the bag with the order form from your room and drop them to Reception before 8:00am. Any items dropped off after this time will be returned the next business day.
Tea and coffee facilities | Depending on your room type, you’ll have access to either a kettle or a pod machine to get your coffee fix. These are topped up by our housekeeping team when your room is serviced, but if you’re running low and need more, just give Reception a call - we’ve got you covered!
Ironing board cupboard | Need to smooth things out? Irons and ironing boards are conveniently located in a cupboard on each level for your use. If you need a hand finding one or grabbing it, just contact Reception.
Water Stations | We’re doing our bit for the planet, so you won’t find plastic water bottles here. Instead, you’ll have refillable glass jugs in your room, eco-friendly and refreshingly simple! Water stations are located on each accommodation level, with an ice machine on level 1.
Hurley Heaven Beds | All our mattresses are custom-made Hurley Hotel Group Heaven mattresses, designed for the ultimate sleep experience. If you fall in love and want to take one home, they’re available for purchase through (https://thathotelbed.com.au). There’s a handy card in your room with further details.
Environmental Policy | Fresh sheets, fluffy towels, and a little love for the planet too! Hang your towels if you’d like to reuse them. Drop them on the floor if you’re ready for a fresh set. Want to skip room service today? No worries, just give Reception a shout.

Wi-Fi | Wi-Fi is complimentary for all in-house guests. You’ll find the password on the back of your key wallet, or if it’s playing hide and seek, just contact Reception and we’ll point you in the right direction
Fire Detectors | For your safety, fire detectors are installed in all guest rooms and throughout the building. Please note that excessive steam (hello, long hot showers!) may activate the fire alarm. Take a moment to familiarise yourself with the emergency evacuation points shown on the floor plan behind your entrance door. If a fire alarm does sound, please listen carefully to the instructions over the speaker and follow them accordingly.
How to Cast | Selected streaming services are available just follow the prompts on the remote and TV. Streaming services will require you to login with your own account to access the service. When you check out these services will be automatically logged out.

Reception # | Need a hand? Our Reception desk is staffed daily from 7:00am to 11:00pm. Call us on ___ or pop down anytime. After hours, our night porter has got you covered for minor requests and questions, so you’re never left hanging!
Privacy request | Your privacy is very important to us. If you’d like some alone time, please place the "do not disturb" sign outside your door. Please know that during your stay, the team will check in with you at least once every three days to make sure you have everything you could want and need. It is hotel policy that rooms must receive a minor service every 3 days to ensure standards of cleanliness are maintained.
