Eat & Drink

Four dining spaces, four distinct styles from bistro classics and refined dining to pub favourites and share-style plates

Distinct spaces, shared moments.

Across four spaces, our food and drink offering celebrates everything a great pub does best. From bistro favourites in the Lobby Bar, to elevated plates matched with quality wines in the Restaurant, classic pub meals with cold beers at Sideline, and share-style dishes alongside cocktails in Wonderland, each space is built for relaxed dining, good pours and catching up with the people that matter.

Lobby Bar

The Lobby Bar is the heart of the hotel.  A relaxed, all-day space where everyone comes together. Serving modern Australian bistro favourites from breakfast through to dinner, it’s built for easy dining, casual catch-ups and settling in. Add a well-rounded drinks list of cocktails, wine and ice-cold beer, and it’s the kind of place you arrive for one thing and stay for another.

Offering full table service and an elevated modern Australian menu, the Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner and built around a carefully curated wine list. Polished but never pretentious, there’s always room for a great meal, a fine wine or a beer if that’s more your style.

Sideline

Sideline is your proper local, warm, welcoming, and built for the kind of catchups that turn into a few more rounds. It’s where mates meet after a hard day’s work, families settle in for a relaxed meal, and the big game takes centre stage on the massive screen.

Expect classic pub plates done the way they should be, made to sit perfectly alongside an ice-cold beer. Grab a table in the beautiful beer garden, line up a round of Smart Darts, back your pick on the TAB or stay for the final siren. No trends, no fuss - just big flavours, good pours and a timeless pub atmosphere that feels right every time.

Wonderland

Wonderland is where the drinks take the lead and the food follows suit. Start with cocktails, wine or a round worth celebrating, then dive into share plates made for the middle of the table and passing around. It’s relaxed, social and built for long catch-ups, spontaneous toasts and nights that roll on, come for the drinks, stay for the snacks, linger for the good times.
